so below are the points which are very important to remember for PLUM CONCRETE WORK at site.

1) Check raft area is dry for water tightness.

2) Proper layout as per drawings and details.

3) Making of level pads.

4) Weigh batcher etc. to be properly calibrated and checked before concreting.

5) Grade / mix of concrete to be properly controlled.

6) Make sure that no plum should be less than 160 mm.

7) Plum should no more than 20 %.

8) The plumb shall be distributed evenly and shall not closer than 150 mm. from the surface.

9) Curing is to be done after stipulated period.
