so i have come with this so called "important points to remember series" where i will be posting the some quick and important points to remember at the time of performing or at the time of inspection of activity. in short this is a quick quid to all the people who don't want to go in to much detail and want to have self help to tackle the practical life problems.

so below are the points which are very important to remember before during and after completion of  INTERNAL PLASTER at site.

1) Scaffolding for plastering to be done properly.

2) Hacking to concrete surface to be done properly.

3) Surface to be plastered to be cleaned properly.

4) Fix chicken wire mesh 150 mm. Wide to the junction of concrete & masonry.

5) Pre – wetting of surface to be done properly.

6) Make plaster pads of 12 mm nominal thickness to r. C. C. As well as masonry Work.

7) Sand used for plastering should be as per specification & requirement.

8) Thickness / line / level /right angle are to be maintain properly.

9) Mix mortar to be controlled properly (cement: sand = 1:4)

10) Proper collection of split mortar is to be done.
